  • Kartra — this service is used to provide delivery of membership content. The membership service stores your name and email address for purposes of delivering information.
  • Google Docs – this service is used to submit forms and applications to us. Your information is stored in Google Drive and is provided only to those on our team with logins.

At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in the Website’s sole discretion.

Except when required by law, JCM will not sell, distribute, or reveal your email addresses or other personal information without your consent; 

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

The Websites offer the Business Building Workshops + Pinteresting Networks, which includes forums, such as Mighty Networks, where content may be contributed or uploaded. The following types of contributions will not be tolerated and will be deleted:

  • harassment directed toward any content creator or JCM;
  • spam;
  • hate speech;
  • defamatory to JCM or any third party;
  • reference illegal acts; or,
  • violate the legal rights of a third party.

JCM’s sole discretion will be used to determine if a contribution is in violation of this policy. JCM’s sole discretion will be used to determine if a member is in violation of these policies. Any members in violation will be promptly deleted and no refund will be due.

Refund Policy – JMC Business Building + Pinteresting may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your member account will be disabled at the expiration of the period for which you have already paid. The Websites do not offer refunds after the monthly fee has been charged. You may avoid incurring additional fees by cancelling your Business Building Membership 7 days or more prior to the billing date.

Newsletters

On the Website, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. Because of these tracking pixels, JCM may see if and when you open an email and which links within the email you click. Also, this allows JCM to adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the user. This behavior will not be passed on to third parties.
